Carolyn Hart is a California Massage Therapy Council (CAMTC) licensed practitioner with more than 29 years of experience providing soft tissue mobilization, myofascial release, orthopedic, deep tissue, and pre/postnatal massage. She acquired my first manual therapy certifications in 1992, and have consistently focused her practice toward evidence-based protocols that offer reliable results.

 

Over her long career, she has worked within an outpatient orthopedic and sports physical therapy clinic, a dynamic Pacific Heights yoga studio, and in San Francisco’s technology sector, where she was on staff with Twitter in their @FitterTwitter health and wellness program.

 

Numerous educators have helped her to refine her practice, including Tom Meyers, Carol Orborne, John Barnes, and the late John Uppledger.
