Juliana Pisani has been resolving civil disputes since 2006. To provide her individual and business clients with more personal and specialized services, she opened her own practice in 2016, focusing on real estate law: property owner law, landlord-tenant, business matters, and contract disputes.
Prior to opening the Law Office of Juliana E. Pisani, Juliana worked for almost eight years at the real estate law firm of Sheppard Uziel in San Francisco. For four years prior, she was in the litigation department of the largest law firm in the North Bay: Gaw Van Male. Juliana Pisani has successfully tried cases to verdict as well as settled contentious disputes in court and outside of court, earning praise from her clients for efficient resolution of claims and disputes, but now focuses her practice outside of the courtroom.
Juliana Pisani is admitted to practice in all State Courts and Federal District Courts in California.
Juliana Pisani has a J.D.. She earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Italian and Political Science from the University of California, Davis, and certification in European Union law at Tulane University. Fluent in Italian, Juliana studied in Siena, Italy, under former Hague Convention Chief Prosecutor, Justice Richard Goldstone.
Juliana Pisani is a Judge Pro Tem for San Francisco Superior, Treasurer of the Italian American Bar Association, Co-Chair of the San Francisco Symphony Junior Committee, member since 2017, Chair of San Francisco’s Notre Dame des Victoire Marche de Noel since 2016, and volunteer with the Gubbio Project since 2017. Juliana is a former real estate legal adviser to the Italian International School, La Scuola, former President and Executive Advisor of the Napa County Women Lawyers. She served two years on the Executive Committee of the Napa County Bar Association. Juliana Pisani also served on the Legal Aid of Napa Valley Fundraising Committee, on the Queen’s Bench Development Committee, and the San Francisco Bar Association Barrister’s Committee.
